Sara Horton has been active in Bright Hill Collective’s ministry since her first trip to El Salvador in 2008. Sara received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University and has taught at Texas A&M University, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and Blinn College. She serves on the Board of Trustees for her church, New Beginnings, in Bryan, and she also is an sustaining member of the Bryan-College Station Junior League where she has held leadership positions. Sara serves as Bright Hill’s Director of Media and Development, and she also provides leadership for mission trips and other local activities.
